The WNG Piano Pounder allows independent piano rebuilders to easily “break in” a piano and achieve a stable regulation for all their customers.
Before piano manufacturers begin their “final regulation” on a piano, they use a machine to repeatedly play its keys and “break in” the piano. This “break in” period compresses the pads used to keep the action quiet, and ensures a longer-lasting regulation.
Based off of PianoDisc technology, the WNG Piano Pounder is the first solution that allows piano rebuilders to truly “break in” a piano.
The WNG Piano Pounder is easy to set up and is compatible with any piano that has a standard head scale. Please note that the Piano Pounder requires 1-1/2” or about 40mm of open space at both ends of the keyboard.
